Greeted at the door. Salesperson took me right to the isle I needed and made some suggestions. She was knowledgeable of the available products. I was shopping for my daughter so I chose 2 makeup cases. I returned one the next day at a different Ulta store in town and they were just as nice. Refreshing. Thank you.
I was welcomed when I walked in the door with only about 15 minutes to go until it closed. There was a line so another cashier popped up to help. Amy was friendly and when asked for a recommendation between two products she quickly gave it and stated why. She even took time to change my email in the system even when I stated I could do it at home as I knew she was busy. I didn't get the other cashier's name but she was pleasant as well. Great customer service at closing and during a hectic Mother's Day weekend.
