The lady at the register was super nice and another did greet me. Unfortunately I was near all the hair products and overheard a worker say “We do hair, we can’t make someone pretty.” It put me off and I got what I needed and left. There was 2 other girls here with EXTREME rbf. Just something to think about in a store of beauty is to have a decent attitude. Store is clean and stocked, people need an attitude adjustment.

Had a very good experience with Audrey, I don’t do make up at all. Well, now I am going to start doing that after she explained & demonstrated how to do it . Knowledgeable , humble , experienced & went above & beyond . Ulta, thank you for having her. Let’s go big 2026. Ingram Mall.
