I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to Frankie and Amani! I came in with a lot of concerns about my makeup constantly smudging. I even showed Frankie pictures of all the products I already owned and photos of how my makeup looked throughout the day. She took the time to really listen and understand what I was experiencing instead of just trying to sell me more products.
