I went to Ulta today and the manager Amanda was absolutely amazing! Every time I come in she’s so friendly and helpful. Today she went completely out of her way for me. It felt like she actually climbed a mountain to help me. She was so patient and kind but very knowledgeable and helpful. I love when I can learn from someone. She is one of a kind. So if you go and you need help or suggestions please ask for the manager Amanda, I’m very pleased with her customer service and professionalism. It’s hard finding that on this side of town so she deserves some flowers!

Every one was so nice at this location,very clean and helpful. Pretty Black Barbie doll looking lady in all pink with strong southern accent helped color match me and was so very sweet. Will definitely be back to this location

went in right before closing time to grab a few things which I know can be frustrating, Amy who was the cashier didn’t rush, or make me feel like it was a bother that i went in. She was super sweet and we had a quick convo, one of the 1st times i can remember having a great experience at this store without feeling like a bother. s/o to Amy!
