booked Marissa’s heated Pilates class with my wife and it killed me. I do heavy weight lifting / bodybuilding so I thought I could show out in class. I was the only guy and I have newfound respect for all the ladies in there, I did my best to keep up but it was not easy. I also sweated buckets so I’m sorry to all the ladies for that. 5 stars for difficulty and stellar instruction / demonstration
Love this gym. I'm on a fat loss journey so I've been seeing results going here and am super motivated to reach my goals. It's a pricey membership but the atmosphere, nice interior, quality classes make it so worth it.
Though there were times when some of the front desk staff seemed to prioritize certain members, the classes at TruFusion were exceptional. They offered an unparalleled experience that made each session feel like a celebration. The quality of the classes truly set TruFusion apart.
