This TruFit is always clean with friendly staff. I had been going here for a while before starting with a personal trainer. Kaitlyn, my trainer, is very motivating and guides me to reach my fitness goals. I appreciate her encouragement and knowledge. I look forward to continuing to work with her!
Kaitlyn is one of the best personal trainers I’ve ever met. Attentive not only to my goals but mindful of what my body needs. Great motivator and super knowledgeable on exercise and nutrition!! The best!!
I like this location as it’s a perfect way to make sure I fit in my workout before going home. Have had some sessions with Ellis, one of their trainers, and he’s been very helpful and great after a rough start with others. I feel great after working with him and have learned a lot to be able to continue on my own soon.
