The other week these two fine gentlemen by the name of Noe & Jake came & installed a new outside/inside AC/Heating unit at my mothers house. They did a fantastic job, even showed her & myself how everything works, what to do for filters, thermostat operation, plus general upkeep that may be needed for both units. Dan was pleasant, efficient and professional when he checked my air conditioner. I am confident that my air conditioner will continue to perform well. I have a broken hip and he even put my recycle out for me.
I used to have an AC company that was amazing I felt as if I was part of their family in how they took care of my unit. When that company shut down due to the owner retiring I was devastated. My account was taken over by Armendia who let just be Frank was terrible. They wouldn’t honor my warranty (they said I didn’t have one anymore) and tried charging me crazy prices needles to say I left them quickly.
