I took one of my babies to Thrive Pet Healthcare, on December 16, because my primary veterinary recommended them due to services they do not provide. My baby's illness required an MRI for her brain and several additional testing. The doctor and technician explained the entire process before making my commitment during consultation. They also, provided a detail of the low and high cost expenses of the different services. Going with the high cost, they informed me of a couple of included procedure cost that might not be required but they would not know until the MRI was done. I took a dog in because I was sent from a dog and cat hospital in the south side of San Antonio. My dog got tangled outside and it had been a hot day. I arrived and saw my dog was on his side barely breathing. I quickly put cool water all over him and gave him liquids. He couldn’t walk and had little strength. It was an emergency fo Marvin, my dog. At Thrive, he was quickly seen and they continued him on liquids. Slowly he started getting his strength back. A day later he was even better. He is eating good and running around. Today is the 3rd day and he looks back to normal. Thank you Thrive Pet Health Care. You all are wonderful.
