The deep tissue massage was just what I needed for my knee pain. The front desk staff were very helpful about products/pricing without being pushy. I am DEFINITELY going back and even bought my husband a massage. Props to the massage specialist (Wally) for his professionalism care!

I absolutely love the place, especially because they hire top tier massage therapists... I believe Olivia Andrews is one of the most dedicated and professional therapists this Woodhouse Spa has ever hired, she goes above and beyond for her clients' wellness and it shows!

Had booked a couples massage and they were about to have us in separate rooms. Thankfully they got it fixed. My "deep tissue" massage was a rub down. My BF did like his tech and the massage provided.

Even though we arrived early for our appointments knowing there would be paperwork, we were not expecting 3 pages of questions in small print. So that a client's time is not shortened , place the forms online for completion. It would be STRESS-FREE and faster to hand firms to the receptionist at check-in.

Holly was great! However, I don't care for sharing the same relaxation room with men while I'm sitting in a robe waiting for my service. This made me uncomfortable. Also, one of the customers in the relaxation room was watching videos on his phone and was rather loud. I'd request Holly but due to the latter two issues, I won't be returning.

Has a beautiful environment. Amazing staff and amazing relaxing services!! I’ve had services with Yvette, And I just had a new service with Melissa today. Everyone at the spa is very thorough professional and just the sweetest people! And the front desk girls are over the top friendly and helpful. I always have the best experience! You literally cannot go wrong with any of the providers for any of the services!
