Called morning of to see if they’d be able to deliver flowers for my grandmother’s birthday and the person who helped me over the phone was very courteous and helpful and was able to assist in getting a beautiful bouquet delivered. I liked how they send you a preview of the bouquet before delivery via email and also send you texts on delivery status.
Was browsing to find the nearest Florist where my friend lives. I checked about 3-4 flower shops on google when I came across Tuscan Rose. Didn't get a chance to read the reviews, however, just looking at their floral arrangements and bouquets, I thought theirs was more real and gorgeous. It was my first time to send my friend flowers as she was turning 70. She was ecstatic and surprised to to received the gorgeous flowers in vase. And Tuscan Rose sweetly sent me a photo of it. How lovely❣ Highly recommended!!
Called to order a dozen red roses, just wrapped, no vase. They did great!!! Good customer service when calling. I didn’t get the girls name who did my order but the arrangement she did was great!!! She did a great job. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Thank you!
