I’m super picky when it comes to yoga instructors, and I absolutely love Rob ? He’s so sweet, respectful, & helpful ? How can one instructor be so attentive to everyone in the class?! He’s very sensitive to the energy, and I feel very safe under his guidance

Gil has the healing touch. A friend an I were in San Antonio just for the weekend. We stumbled upon this spectacular studio. I participated in a beautiful new moon reiki healing session with Gil and it exceeded all expectations. It was truly one of the most profound experiences of my life. It was an honor to share the space with such an amazing group. Thank you again Gil!!

I can’t even describe how beautiful my experience was here. Such a great, gentle, welcoming, and safe space with no ego or competition. Gil is such an amazing practitioner and did such an incredible ceremony. 1000 percent recommend stopping in here for a class or to make a new friend ☺️
