Namaste! theSYTC (Shakti Yoga Training Center) is a yoga school with several programs to fit student's needs. From a 200-HR Vinyasa Flow Training to a 100-HR Aerial Yoga Training and more! theSYTC adheres to yoga traditions, and YTT's are taught from day one to lead classes by "cueing not doing." If you want to learn to teach while assisting your students to grow in their practice, our programs are for you. Our philosophy is: students evolve in yoga when a Yogi pays attention to them and makes adjustments throughout the class. If a yogi is practicing with their students, it's next to impossible to help them grow. Pay attention to students; teachers can do yoga at home or in class, never while teaching. :)
