The Good: :: it's a nice hotel, pretty brand-spanking new :: nice bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, q-tips, etc) :: free coffee in the lobby in the mornings :: bedside radio that offered Bluetooth capabilities, which came in nicely when relaxing or getting ready to head out for the evening :: in-room safe :: comfortable beds and bedding :: performant wifi (always appreciated for streaming!) :: robes and slippers complementary for use :: dispenser on each floor that dispenses chilled still and sparkling water both :: free tangerines on every floor for the taking :: rooftop bar gave a nice view of the city in the evening :: bathroom is spaciousThe Bad: ::...read full review

I have been to The Thompson spa a few times and have always had a great time. Most recently I had the 80 minute relaxation massage which was wonderful. What puts this spa above the rest is the amenities (lounge room, hot/ wet sauna, champagne and tea after the massage) and the service. I can't speak highly enough of the service, the staff truly made my experience the best. You also get access to the pool which is very nice.
