The Pooch Parlor is the BEST dog groomer in San Antonio. (Believe me, we have tried most of them!) The highlights: 1.They are a Certified Fear Free Groomer! If you are unfamiliar with that term, a pet professional (vet, trainer, groomer) has completed specialized training to reduce fear, anxiety, and stress (FAS) in animals, using gentle handling, calming environments, and positive reinforcement to make vet visits and care less scary, focusing on the pet's emotional well-being alongside physical health. Kim & her groomers are the best. They love my dogs & even my scared little girl looks at Kim with loving eyes while she shakes. They get you in & out asap, but do a great job. Highly recommend.
We have been using the Pooch Pawlor for several years and are always happy with the result! The owner is so sweet to our dog Jovie. Our dog isn’t a fan of grooming, but I never have to worry about her when she has her spa day. Highly recommend coming here!
