Kim is caring, kind and respectful. She is wonderful with my dog. She listens to my concerns. Her staff is very professional and excellent at grooming. I highly recommend this place.
I took my recently adopted 15 month old rescue kitten,Sassy, to the Pooch Pawlor to get her nails trimmed. I was extremely nervous because she had only been with me for about 3 months and was still adjusting to being in a new environment. The receptionist was very inviting and exuded calmness. She assured me that everything would be fine and it was! Less than 10 minutes later, she returned with Sassy and informed me that her nails were trimmed and she was ready to go. I was both relieved and impressed with their fast and professional service. I made my next appointment that same day. I highly recommend the Pooch Pawlor to all pet owners.
This place was wonderful! First individuals to take time to talk to my dog and pet her to try to get to know her before they took her to the back. My dog is afraid of cages, we found out here, but they continued to work with her and she was able to be fully groomed. For next time, they have a plan for her so she won't be put in a small holding cage. They are very caring and loving. I'm definately coming back.
