We own numerous rental properties in the city and have started using Maiden Cleaning for our move outs and post construction cleans. They are great to work with, are prompt, thorough, and reliable.

Rock Canyon was My first apartment experience I had. At first I was terrified after reading all the horrible reviews. But I definitely did enjoy my time being their. They tend to respond to maintenance issues fairly quick, it was only one time I put a ticket in through the answering service that was not worked on until I re-submitted the ticket through the staff. For all the bad reviews on here, There is car theft, but I've had this problem even in the nicest communities. Same with pest control, even at your newest community will have these same problems. Just buy your own bug repellent and spray all corners weekly. Friendly and helpful staff except for one leasing... read full review

I lived her for a year already and the maintenance man victor is awesome. Always see him working hard and going above and beyond. And the the office woman Jessica she has been very helpful from the jump. She is the one that guided me here when I went next door to Newport at first she helped me and my roommate to choose the apartment I'm in now because of the two master setup up. And that's just too of the iceberg for all she has done.
