Everyone on the crew was friendly. It appeared they all enjoy what they do. "Our" arborist personally went over with the crew's forman and us what limbs needed to go and what basic trimming needed to be done.
We have used Davey Tree for several years to prune, thin and remove large trees. We also contract with them to inspect, treat for pests, and apply nutrients as needed for trees and shrubs during the growing season.. They just finished treating our large cedar elms. I sent pictures to Pam, their friendly and super efficient customer service person, for a treatment we had already scheduled, and she forwarded the photos to their arborist who identified more than one critter and responded, saying the treatment they would be using would work for all. In a very short time we knew what the critters were and had the comfort of knowing the treatment applied would work.
Jacob Young was my arborist and was very professional. He explained what my job would include in great detail and was onsite when the Davey Tree service crew arrived to perform my job. I have used Davey in the past and would highly recommend them. (I recommended them to a neighbor and he has called to schedule an appointment.)
