If your looking to get licensed as an esthetician I highly recommend going here. They also offer cosmetology and nail technician programs too! When researching schools I came across so many that didn’t have a dedicated educator that was licensed specifically for the skin specialty. My instructor Mrs.King, is a wealth of knowledge that stays on top of updated standards for treatments, and is in the know for how Texas law and standards affects you as a student esthetician, as well as once you get licensed. I would like to share my experience as a former student at The Beauty Point Academy because I believe this school does not get enough credit and it is an exceptional academy.I would like to say I was referred to the school by a friend of mine that attended a few years ago so I decided to stop by and take the tour. First thing I noticed was the huge esthetician room which definitely peaked my interest!! Forgot to mention, when I was 21 I was already in a big name cosmetology school here in San Antonio but their esthetician room was practically the size of a walk-in closet.
