Excellent and honest service! He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to explain everything about the virus and damage hardware. I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs computer repair or assistance.
I called TexasPCDoctor with some issues with my desktop computer, i.e., security, file cleanup, etc. Steve helped with all of them and knew exactly what my problems were and how to solve them. I could not have been more satisfied with the whole experience. I recommend him for all your computer issues.
Steve was able to help us immediately after my computer was hacked. He cleaned up both of our computers remotely, so no one had to drive anywhere. He was very patient with us "not-so-techy" people. His pricing was a lot less than anywhere else. I highly recommend Steve and he's the only one we'll go to for anything computer.
