10/10 My thanks to Dr. Theard and her entire staff! From the office entry to the back exit (pun intended 🤣) everyone was personable, thorough and professional! This is not a procedure one expects to enjoy but Dr Theard and her team made it as good as one could hope for. They kept me (and husband) informed and were very attentive. Highly recommend. The pre procedure prep is something to be desired as it is anywhere you go but that’s just part of it, you’ll survive. Afterwards treat yourself to a nice meal as you look over the pics of your colon! 🤣
I want to say that Dr Sharma is an amazing Dr. he moves really fast and talks fast like the roadrunner but his team is extremely fast and proficient. Every person on the team from the front desk to the intake to the vitals to the surgery team and the checks and balances is top notch professional. I am in customer service and appreciate such things especially when your mortality is called into question and hangs in the balance. It was a routine screen that yielded a better situation that I started with and I am appreciative of everyone’s roll in the process. I specifically want to make sure all my male friends in San Antonio approaching the 50 year mark have themselves checked. Our role as men in the world is necessary and important. Dr Desh B. I have been here two times this month. Both time the staff was excellent and treated me well. I would like to thank all staff members for your professionalism. It made me feel very comfortable.
