Wow! They take your money then leave you in the dust. I was a new patient seen on a Monday, my Rx didn't make it to the pharmacy so, I called Tuesday.....3 times...on hold forevr or never connected but only to voicemail. I went ahead and walked in person to nicely ask for an old fashioned prescription so I could take to pharmacy and she said sure.....I waited and waited...asked her again. She said well I sent a message so you will have to wait. I was thinking...can you not just go ask?

Dr Shannon McCann is awesome she explain everything she was going to do and was telling me what she was doing as she was doing minor surgery on the top of my head. The staff were pleasant and made you feel welcome.
