This service treats every HVAC system as if it were their own. They won't try to sell you a system or make repairs that you don't need. They'll coach you what to look out for before it becomes a serious problem. They are thorough, and refuse to take shortcuts (which will cost you in the end). They are professional in every respect.
After two years of searching I have finally found my HVAC service. Tony and Thomas took a lot of time to educate me on my system. They were careful stewards of our time and schedule, and very common-sense oriented towards possible versus urgent repairs. I felt like they were helping me arrive at the very same decision-making process they would have used in my shoes. It didn't hurt that they were vey quick on their feet answering my call and estimating the time they might arrive to begin a service.. Honestly, I wish I'd had their service for the past 50 years, even though I only moved here two years ago.
Temp Tex team has been very detailed and responsive with a complete overhaul of residential HVAC for a 75 year home. Tony you have been an amazing support. I known you for over 10years and your work ethic won me over when it was time to get a new project. I trusted your input and judgement throughout the construction phase.
