They are great!!! honestly after covid I have been avoiding doctors even though I felt like I had underlining issues. I cannot begin to explain how at ease I felt during the consultation. Nicole took her time to explain everything in detail to me. I have never spent that much time talking to a healthcare professional it's usually in and out really quickly with a lot of questions unresolved. Our consultation the initial one lasted an hour and a half and it was great because everything was addressed. My daughter came and asked other questions that I could not think of at the time to help me and Nicole was patient in answering all these questions and even gave us wonderful tips for diet apps that my daughter is even using currently for meal plans. Another wonderful thing is the amount of money that I pay. I never thought I would be able to afford healthcare but by paying cash it's a lot less than paying a ton of money out of my checks for insurance that still wouldn't cover all things. The LAB works were fast and efficient as well and as soon as they got in the doctor called to go over all the details. I would highly recommend tailored MD and have referred two people already!!!!
This was my first experience with direct primary care. It was certainly a great experience! Thorough and so, so different from offices running off commercial insurance! Dr. Wes and staff are kind, compassionate, and truly care about what they do, and are able to spend the time needed to really care for their patients, whether is over the phone, telehealth, or out of your car window (of course the office too). They are dedicated to the way health care should be, and strive to put the patient first in all they do!
