I have been coming here for years and I see Sosa. He has always been professional, and he is a very skilled massage therapist. I typically have to come in when I have really bad upper back and neck pains and I always walk out feeling better. He is great and this business is working hard to heal people!

Where to begin? Appointment booked through ClassPass for a 70 min treatment. The doors were still locked during business hours with an employee arriving several minutes late, walking up SLOWLY, still, consumed by her phone, and then surprised when my wife said “Hi”. Clearly not concerned she was late with a potential customer waiting. Then the story was ClassPass would have to be booked for another location but the credits for a 70 minute treatment were only valid for a 40 minute treatment. The deal breaker was the rude lady on the phone, who was clearly not concerned with the awful customer service and deflected with “that’s ClassPass’ problem”. Excuse me? Perhaps it is but don’t make it the consumer’s problem. As a business operator, it’s YOUR JOB to work out the kinks with your partner vendors. What an absolute waste of time and huge let down to have been treated this way. Reading other reviews, this is ln’t the first time a customer has been mislead or mistreated over the communication between Tai Chi and ClassPass. Honor the agreement with the customer and sort out the issue with your partner so that it doesn’t continue dot drive business away.

Booked a pre-paid acupressure massage through Classpass. First they said they did not know I was coming, then they said I could have the massage if I paid extra money, then when I said I just wanted the service I already paid for, they said they could not find me in the system and the problem was with Classpass. I left and requested a refund. The owner is terrible and I do not recommend.

I've been going to TAICHI WELLNESS SPA PLUS for a while now, and what a difference it has been for my and my personal well-being. The services provided are amazing! Tine is amazing and my go-to person. I also just had my first DDS, and WOW!! Julia is who I went to, and if you have not tried this, you need to. I can't say enough great things about TAICHI WELLNESS SOA PLUS except BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:)

Very helpful with what I had going on in my body and recommending service upgrades to help me.

I used to love this place. I bought a package. I did not use it during pandemic. The lady assured me when I bought it that it did not expire I guess because she was trying to sell to me. Now she won't honor my package and magically can't find it. I drove 30 mins and waited 15 to find this out. Had an appointment and all she wanted to do was argue with me when she was the one who sold it to me. Although I called on phone and went through everything via phone before going. Took my money and won't honor services. What a waste.

First let me say, that the massage portion of our experience was wonderful... so I feel bad leaving something negative, but I don't want anyone else to have the same issue we did today! Every year my mother-in-law purchases me and my sister-in-law a gift certificate to Taichi for a massage... so this year our gift certificates were for $75 each. When we arrive, we decided to do the 90 minute option for $99 each. I checked AND circled the option, which was for 60 min foot, 30 min back. My sister-in-law also chose the same. We get back to our room, and get whisked away into bliss for 90 minutes.... then... We go to pay, and the manager/owner tells us we each owe $54 for the service (after the gift certificate difference). We question how she got that total, since we were expecting to pay $24 each after the gift certificate. She says we chose the $129 option, which is for 60 min back, 30 min foot... and some eye patch that we clearly didn't get done. Except for the eye patch, this IS what the masseuse did for us, but it wasn't what we asked for... clearly based on the paper we filled out. When we asked what we should have done, she told us it was our job to tell them that they were going too long, and essentially it was our fault!!! Unbelievable... she storms off after we tell her she's wrong, and that wasn't what we asked for. When she comes back I tell her that it feels like a bait and switch to get more money from us, and this really makes her mad. "I've been doing this 12 years, and I do what's right for the customer!!! I don't need more money from you". CLEARLY NOT... this is clearly her error, but she insists it's our issue. Then tells us that she told the masseuse the other service because it's what we best for us... and she's doing right for the customer. So infuriating and dishonest... We gave up... paid, tipped the great masseuse, and made it clear we would NOT be back again. Which is sad, because this has been a 6 year tradition for me and my sister-in-law. Please be aware of this, and be crystal clear on the paper AND the masseuse about what you want done! Or you will be scammed too.

They advertise massage but when I arrived they declined to provide one!?!? I had a hard time communicating with receptionist so still don't know why.
