Paid $639 for a 5-massage package. Only used 2. When I tried to use the rest, they first told me it was used up (their mistake), then later confirmed I still had 3 left. When I went back, employee Li refused to honor the package unless I paid extra or accepted different terms that were never disclosed at purchase. Also refused to let me speak to a manager.
Prepaid services should not come with changing rules. Very unprofessional. DO NOT BUY A PACKAGE FROM THEM!

This was my first time trying cupping and I had a great experience at the Bulverde Rd location. Sui Li was very patient and explained exactly what she was doing and how it would benefit me. I honestly didn’t even understand how or why it felt so good, but it was an experience I’ve never had before. I only wish I had tried something like this sooner. I left feeling amazing and I’m definitely looking forward to coming back.

I booked for the wrong location but the nice lady accommodated me anyway. I had to wait about 15 minutes but she got me in for my massage and anti aging facial quickly. The isn't anything to take pictures of and it was the first time I have had a service like this with the door open but I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. The draping was appropriate and massage was excellent. The deep tissue was everything I wanted. Then the sweet lady came and did my facial. While the mask was processing she left the room and turned the lights out and put a nice heating lamp over me. I took a short nap and she finished with my skin feeling lovely. Her face massage was the best I have had. I would absolutely go regularly if I lived in San Antonio. As a massage therapist of 24 years I am pretty particular. I rate these services based on the treatment and customer service provided. If you are looking for fluffy robes and lounging couches....this isn't your place. If you want a great service and to leave feeling awesome, go here

I love this place, but don’t go if you are looking for a gentle, relaxing massage. All these therapists truly understand the meaning of DEEP TISSUE. Although it’s a slightly painful experience while you’re there, if you can make it through you’ll feel a million times better in the following days! This place also offers great specials, and always has same-day availability. I will definitely continue to come back!

Melena did an amazing job! My son came in to get a design and a hard line for a part. He has never had such an amazing hair cut! There was great customer service and Melena was very kind! I definitely recommend!

I visited this establishment so that I may ask questions about their services that would fit my health needs. The lady was hard to understand, she was selling me a service that cost $1k after 5 treatments but couldn’t explain the treatment itself. I asked about other services but kept replying with one liner statements as if I was bothering her. They do sell various Chinese remedies/health aids. They lost a potential customer.
