It’s my Birthday Package-as per my child: “I like that they were like really nice and they talk to me they said they kept calling us pretty”, the whole experience was friendly and pleasant and well done.

I took my granddaughter there as the first stop of a special day together to celebrate her 7th birthday. She was, to say the least, tickled pink. ♥ Literally too! Lol For a very fair price, her hairdresser added 2 thick strands of purple/pink tinsel in her hair, added some glitter spray, then finished with two glitter hearts, one on each cheek. The company has a couple of photo op spots in the store, as well as a fabulous pink chair! My gbaby posed and I snapped several adorable pics. Their staff is amazing! Everyone was warm and welcoming, even staff that were just nearby. I had my son with is too and he’s 3 and was pretty wiggly. Their onboarding must be 🫶🔥 My daughter had her ears pierced yesterday (finally) because for a LONG time she was weary and scared of the actual piercing but wanted earrings. She has been using clip ons 🤭 Everyone was so kind and supportive. They gave my daughter lots of info to digest (she’s 7) and answered all her questions.
