I saw Jossy for the first time today after coloring my hair blonde with someone else it was very dry and breaking so I was afraid to color it again. She colored the new growth and added a bonder to it and my hair looks and feels great. She also cut it. I just love her, she did a wonderful job. She has a plan to get my hair where it needs to be and I like that. I'm so happy I went to her.

The hairdresser did an excellent job and was fast! I rarely get a haircut in 30 minutes.

I can't say enough about Jossy. Ever since she started styling my hair I receive nothing but compliments. Disregard what Andy B. said, if you look at Andy's link she has nothing but negative reviews about everything, so be leery of such a negative person. Yes, Jossy can get a little busy and she has to work some clients in between your time but it's only because she can cut someone's hair while your having to wait for your hair to take its color, highlight or whatever treatment you're having done. If you go in for a cut only I guarantee she's fast and efficient. It's a one woman show so she has to juggle a bit and if people before you run late it trickles down. Jossy really knows her stuff. She keeps up with all the latest trends and styles and will help you get the best look for you. She will definitely take care of you. Sometimes she has to move her schedule around or cancel but life happens and she doesn't do it often. Again, this is her business and no one else in her salon. I truly lover her as a stylist and as a person. She's fabulous!!!

Jossy never disappoints with my long curly hair. I'm ALWAYS pleased with her magic hands. I highly recommend her to all my friends. if she can do wonders with MY hair, she can do wonders with yours!

First off, she canceled my first appointment an hour before I was to have my hair done. I should have just canceled the Groupon then and found someone else. Then, the salon is not hers, she just rents space, so you don't even know how to find her unless you look at the tiny little sign at the bottom of the front window. And with how much she brags about her techniques, i would have expected a great cut. Instead she was running late, I could hear her working on someone else, during the time of my appointment, then I walk in and she had that same friend waiting on her during my time. She didn't follow the pictures for my cut, she acted rushed, like she wanted to get back to her friend. She did an uneven job, turned me away from the mirror as she cut and didn't even show me the back. Then she didn't style it. I paid for cut, shampoo and style. Well she blew dry my hair to cut, but it wasn't precision cutting because she didn't style it first, so it was cut weird. She left all this hair by my ears when clearly the pictures show it goes around the ears. So she just tried to rush through. Because she knew she didn't cut it right. And she knew i would have noticed it as well if she styled it. She wanted me out of there fast, didn't even encourage another appointment. So I know she is needing more training. She knows she screwed my hair up. She is a great clips quality stylist.
