This company has amazing customer service in my opinion! I’ve dealt with a lot of distributors and sometimes there are issues with products. Steambrite is responsive and will remedy as much as they can on their end and really go to bat for you. I’m speaking about Paul and Krystal specifically.

Good Call Guys; Been using one brand of heater so long was scared to change; But this little heater is nice; Constant hot water; I Deep Clean all my jobs; so they aren't hit and run. I was a little thrown at first when switches didn't lite up; but that is ok; Ken set me straight on it. I am ready to go make some money with my Clean Storm 20170111 Hot Box Volcano 2000Watt In-line Compact Heater!
