Huge plus that they actually answer when you call them and respond promptly to emails. Always a pleasure to do business with a reputable company and caring representatives.
I’m still checking your company out before I make my purchases, so far I am basing my review off what I have saw in the review responses, ima order a cheaper item first but if all is good I may try to buy everything I can for my business from yall!
This company has amazing customer service in my opinion! I’ve dealt with a lot of distributors and sometimes there are issues with products. Steambrite is responsive and will remedy as much as they can on their end and really go to bat for you. I’m speaking about Paul and Krystal specifically.
NOT ALL DISTRIBUTORS ARE CREATED EQUAL
Will order from them again!
