This was my first time! I definitely enjoyed it. They do a couple things I wasn’t used to but I appreciate the focus on my areas that needed it most and not just like a total body massage but still hitting everything to some extent. Then after what I actually liked the most was the debrief of the areas and things they felt, what I can be doing to help my muscles. The place is clean and the app is easy to use!
I absolutely love this location. I have been able to see the same massage therapist consistently - Shavana - and she is incredible! I am really picky about massages, and I have always had excellent massages here. The option to select my music, scent, and have someone who listens to what I need in a massage makes the whole experience an incredible act of self-care that I am always excited to repeat. I love my membership because it helps me stay consistent with this aspect of wellness. The team who works at the front to check people in are always very kind and welcoming. I’ve had three massages at Squeeze so far (two different massage therapists) and each one was soooo relaxing and therapeutic. I really appreciate the effort they take to make sure the environment is comfortable (music choice, aromatherapy choice, heated bed, etc.) and the time they take to hit problematic areas. Mala applies perfect pressure with a graceful touch and she specializes in several types of massage, so I will be seeing her again, soon!
