We had a funeral for my little brother. They rushed us out by 7:49. We had until 8pm with our last moments with him. I understand you're trying to leave but they should be more compassionate towards the grieving family. They also said they would give us a recording of the funeral since he has 3 little girls. It would've been nice to show them in the future. They ended up saying they do not do this. Then why say it? We lost out on that memory forever. Just don't lie about it and we wouldve just found someone to record part of it. However they were helping a bit with setup, everything just seemed so rushed.
Not only do they provide outstanding services but they provide a safe space for grieving families. Staff and directors offer their best services to assure the family their loved one is in great hands.
I’d like to thank the staff at Southwest funeral home for taking out my uncles service today. The staff was extremely polite, respectful and kind.Thank you again. Our family will always remember this and your kindness will be remembered as well.
