Yesterday I called South Texas Notary as I had some vehicle transfer forms to fill out. Rick arrived right at the scheduled time and walked me through the papers I had in front of me, explaining some points I did not know. He stamped and signed all of the documents and checked and rechecked every detail before packing up. This was by far the best notary experience in my very long life. Many, many thanks !P.S. He doesn't mind dogs either :)i
