Carlos & his team member had a big job on their hands to work the Gold Package magic on a 6 year old carpet and couch with stains, wear and tear from life with pets and children. All I was hoping for was improving cleanliness, I knew the condition of my carpet was poor but was so impressed that he nearly restored my entire carpet. There was great communication from scheduling to the end of the job and even though I called with short notice of my desired timeline during the holidays he fit me in within my preferred schedule and made a huge improvement in our home. I can't really say enough good things! I was calling, calling carpet and home cleaning companies because my mom's house was flooded. These guys answered the phone, listened, and said they would have someone there within an hour! They came, sucked up all the water, left fans and a dehumidifier. They came back on Monday to clean the carpet with antimicrobal solutions. He even told me if my mom would move stuff, they would clean other areas of carpet at no extra charge. They were courteous, worked quickly and did everything they promised. Bravo!
