Sigh. The way the civilians who work in this establishment treat service members is disheartening. The lack of empathy shown especially in the morning is diabolical. 0/10 do not recommend!

If you have the unfortunately luck that you injure yourself, don’t expect to be seen in a timely manner. If you must show up to this miserable place arrive at least an hour before opening, but know this crutch warriors have priority and everyone else good luck.

My suggestion: Call Tricare, get seen by an urgent care facility and ask for an outside physical therapy clinic.

Unfortunately the clinic is too small, understaffed, and overwhelmed by light duty warriors trying to get out of marching in formation/PT because their little toe is hurt. I personally had an unpleasant experience at the clinic. The first morning I went, the man in charge of the clinic acted quite hostile toward the trainees utilizing his facility. He spoke to us with an attitude, and I was offended by such unprofessional conduct on his part, especially since he represents an Army medical facility. He ordered us to set a 5 minute timer before we entered his latrine and stated that if we did not come out after the 5 minutes expired “we will start pounding on the door”.
