This afternoon, Patrick and Isaiah of Smith & Sons Plumbing came over to replace the hose bib on the side of the house. They were very personable and extremely professional. They took the time to explain answers to my questions, including showing me the shut off valves on the water meter and the Pressure Reducing Valve (I didn't even know the PRV had a shut off valve!). Patrick also allowed me to choose which handle I wanted for the hose bib. It was a small gesture, but it was important to me, and I'm grateful for his attention to that. They did a great job, and they were lovely gentlemen.

Smith and Sons repaired a clogged and leaking toilet at my residence. The work they performed was quality, efficient, and they customer service was excellent! I will use them next time and highly recommend them!
