I am new to Samantha (Sam). I am happy with her for my hair trimming and waxing. For my wax today it was $35, when asked, I told her she could add 20% tip which should have been $7, but $5 was added. I felt like she was cheated. I will make it up to her next time.
walked in, asked for a wolf cut, and had a wonderful chat with Sam. The cut is PERFECT! Everything I hoped it would be and more. Sam was extremely diligent, friendly, and I'm definitely going to be going back for any other cuts I need.
