This salon went above and beyond for my daughter's request and was able to give her a Rumi braid from her favorite show (kpop demon hunters) for her 4th birthday. The ability to provide this service for us on a late notice made our day and she had the most wonderful birthday. Thank you Shear Madness!

I had my appointment time mistaken, and they moved it with no hesitation since I was on the way! The price is reasonable considering they give you a keepsake for a first hair cut! Nanette was super sweet to my princess!

My 5-year-old has been terrified of getting her hair cut, so I usually do it myself at home. We have been to one other place before and have not been successful at getting her to sit in the chair. This place is amazing! She sat through her first haircut and did not cry or whine a bit. In fact, she LOVED it! They treated her like a princess and were patient and gentle throughout the entire process. I did not feel rushed or under pressure because she was not cooperating initially. I can't recommend them enough! They also had a large toy selection to reward (and bribe) her for allowing the nice ladies to cut and style her hair. 10 out of 10!
