I had such a great experience with Nari, the nail technician! She did an amazing job on my nails—so clean, detailed, and exactly what I wanted. She’s very professional, gentle, and clearly talented at what she does. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Nari if you want beautiful nails!

I came in looking to get a fill on my nails
I was pushed to get a pedicure when I said no more than once than pushed to get the deluxe pedicure when I said no again that I’d rather wait until I have more time to get a pedicure done .
I was stopping before I had to go into work so I didn’t want to stay there longer than I needed to .
They offered to do my fill and pedicure at the same time , this led to them rushing both services
I felt very unrelaxed and overwhelmed.
I showed them an inspiration picture and the nail tech said he could for sure do the same style. I ended up leaving with very thick very chunky nails , each one was a different shape. My pedicure was not very good they had to change the color because the colors on their display do not match the nail polish bottles. My cuticles on my toes were also cut which let to my toes throbbing and I could not wear tennis shoes for my vacation. I had to wear crocs due to the pain and swelling . My nails looked horrendous and I had to come back the next day to get them fixed. Which two different people had to try and fix because they could not get the style right or the color. They had to remove the set and add builder gel. Which looked okay I loved it until I saw more in natural light there was imperfections throughout the nails. This was a waste of time and money. My service was $131 after tip.
It has been a week and a nail already fell off.
Here is the inspiration picture and this is what I got and then what they fixed it for. If you do not like being forced to get a service I would not recommend going here.
Not to mention the crowd of tech that came to look at my nails over and over as they all spoke loudly in a different language. I felt completely embarrassed being there.

Do not go here! I had gone here for a few years and when I took my daughter to a different salon for convenience, they asked where I got her nails done because where these nails came from, they included Methacrylate Monomer (MMA) which is prohibited in the state of Texas. I don't know why I continued to go back but I did and got a pedicure in June of last year that got severely infected. I have seen 2 doctors and a podiatrist who diagnosed me with a severe fungal infection from the pedicure. 9 months later, I have multiple doctor bills and 3 very traumatic and bloody toe nail removal memories! And on top of that, a missing toe nail that my doctor said will take at least 9 months to grow back. Stay away from this place.

Dip normally lasts me about 3 weeks. It’s been 3 days and they are peeling, chipping, and lifting. When I first went in the guy was honest and said he didn’t know how to do dip so another guy came to do it but I honestly feel like he didn’t know either and just winged it. I appreciated the first guys honesty. But the second guy could have just been honest and I would have chosen something different rather than wasting my time and money.

I wasn’t gone do a review but the fact that I spent over 100$ and tipped and I only had my nails done for 4 days and one came off it’s diabolical. So Tina did my nails and toes and she did good on my toes but on my nails I honestly can’t tell you what went wrong because it seem like she was rushing and they wasn’t even packed all my nails are different sizes and it look like I had them on for two weeks already smh. I ended up going back thinking I was getting a new set seeing how none of my nails match but no I just got a color change and a lil filing done. Which didn’t help much the color was never the main problem even though she gave the wrong one it was how they were done I like my nails to be cut when I’m getting a full set but none of that matter . I just can’t believe I was treated like that and I wasn’t in no rush neither times so I don’t get it at all . But what really makes me mad is because I don’t get my nails done offer but when I do I want them right this my money I work for and I don’t have it to be wasting . But what kinda mad me mad is because I ask for the guy that did my twin nails both times and the 1st time they said he wasn’t there I should of left but the second time everyone was actting like I was making a name up and I think it was Ap or At I’m really not sure . It’s sucks cause they girl that did my eyebrows I think her name start with a M did a really good job but I don’t see myself going back here because its bad enough they messed up the first time and the second time didn’t make it no better . Now my nails are coming off and my money down the drain . I posted pictures of the second time I went up there I’m so mad but it’s a lesson learned.
