Aden really stood out during the whole process. He was friendly, hardworking, and always made sure to keep me updated on what was going on. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I had to call SERVPRO recently, and honestly I’m really glad I did. I was stressed out about the whole situation, but they made everything way easier from the start. They answered quick and showed up faster than I expected.
The team was super professional but also easy to talk to, which I appreciated. They explained what was going on, what they were going to do, and got right to work without wasting any time. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing.
Overall, just a really smooth experience when I needed it most. Definitely recommend them if you ever need help!

The crew did little, one member vacuumed standing water under island cabinet, while the talkative one, who was hard to understand, measured my kitchen, living room, bedroom and long hallway...when the water was under island only. He typed in his tablet and the other man vacuumed. That is all they did and I confronted Filipe on measuring the other areas. He gave me some BS excuse I could not understand due to his fast talk mumbling. They idi nothing else, no haula way, as all that was off was a trim and thin kick board I pulled off. They demanded $1668.62 before doing anything else and that was half of total cost of water dry up care. I said no, the plumber was coming at 8 am. It was near 3:30 am by then. My dishwasherwas installed 6 PM that evening by Best Buy.🤬 My plumber was excellent and found the issue. He works with a company who is family owned, fair and literally works on behalf of customer. Meanwhile, ServPro sent me a bill of $589 by text, email and call hounding many times a day. The bill was inflated stating they extracted water from carpet in living room, hauled away debris, etc. Things that they DID NOT DO. I have wood floors and only water was under cabinets in island. I called today and spoke to manager Krystal N. Who canceled out the bill completely and apologized and stated that the team would be disciplined. I give Krystal 5 stars for her kind response. The ServPro team 1 star. Lying is never ethical.
