My first impression was amazing. I suffer with something very painful. I emailed his office on Saturday evening and they responded the day and I was scheduled for Monday. I thought his personality was definitely very dry and straight to the point. If that’s his only downfall, I’m ok with it. As long as he helps me when all of the other gynos I’ve seen have basically told me I am a complex case and don’t know how to help me. He ordered a few tests that no one else has even considered. Dr. Serrano is an innovator, exceptionally adept at diagnosing and resolving issues. His patience in treating patients is commendable. Give him a try; he comes highly recommended. I’m blessed that I found him two tears ago and still his patient! The staff and nurses are just amazing, welcoming and friendly! Thank you all!

Excellent treatment from the moment you walk through that door, everyone treats you with a lot of respect and professionalism and the important thing is that they speak Spanish, you feel comfortable and confident in being able to communicate.
