The doctors are great. It is just the triage nurses are rude. Lack empathy and when you tell them it feels like they don't care. They talk back to you rudely then say they can't say anything unless doctors advise. Also when you call they say may I help you and then say I can't help you right now, I have another patient on the other line. Again doctors are great but nurses need a reality check or find another field.
Trust all the bad reviews. I gave them a chance despite them and wasted my time. I sat in room over an hour waiting to be seen for dr to come in just to say "I'll be right back" and not come back for another 20 minutes when I was getting dressed to leave. At that point I chose not to get seen and make an appointment somewhere else.
I would like to share the bad experience to this unprofessional doctor and very rude JEAN ANTHONY DO ob gyn doctor in methodist stone oak san antonio, TX , under northeast ob gyn associates clinic . This how doctor treat you in texas . Unbelievable, I have appointment today 10am and the nurse left me in room ask get naked to get cervix check for 37 weeks the doctor did not even try to see me waiting in room till 11.30am I ask the nurse where is the doctor, nurse said ill be next, Jean Anthony Do step out in other room 11.45 am and I told him I was waiting for him he said he busy and I am not his priority patient and he told me I can leave in clinic and make a sarcastic comment "NOBODY TRYING TO PRISON YOU HERE TO STAY, YOU CAN LEAVE ! He told in my face knowing that ive been waiting him and I have appointment for 10am to him, this how He treat pregnant women and did not even apologize for being late and instead to check real quick he send me out in clinic . Unprofessional and rude doctor should not get tolerate in hospital and clinic especially in Texas this is so wrong, this needs to get attention from Texas who giving license to doctor to teach how to be professional and have educated attitude to patients
