SAET is an awesome taekwondo school! My son has greatly benefited from the physical activity as well as the weekly challenges on respect, kindness, eating vegetables, cleaning up after himself, etc. He is very motivated to earn the prizes- which must be earned! The instructors are also amazing- they are kind, patient, and make learning fun.
