Communicative and got me in and out the same day. The packages were explained and I only got the interior detailing. My seats looked good for a 7yr old vehicle. However, I got my interior detailed to remove an odor from my vehicle and it still smells the same. There were micro spots missed that I initially pointed out that needed attention as well. Overall, was my car clean? Yes. As advertised for the price paid? Unfortunately not.

Absolutely outstanding service! I brought my car in for a full detail and was blown away by the results. It looks better than when I first bought it — inside and out! Every inch was spotless, and they paid attention to even the smallest details. The team was professional, on time, and communicated everything clearly. Auto Dude pulled up to my loft and detailed my baby like she was a museum piece. I went for the polishing to remove swirl marks and paint correction because I’m super picky about how my Beemer looks. Carlos was early (crazy rare for most service people, no shade) and just a real perfectionist. You can tell he loves what he does. Punctual, meticulous, and eco-conscious—respect! My paint shines better than it did when I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. Definitely booking him again for a ceramic coating next month
