I went in with not much hope. I box dyed my hair 3 weeks prior to my appointment and Lauren explained that it would take sessions or achieve my hair goals which I understood. Lauren explained everything and took the time to show me options. We went in with full highlights without damaging/burning my hair. She is gentle and was super nice? I love the outcome and will be looking forward to be in Lauren’s chair again?

I highly recommend this location on Austin highway. Lauren Reyna has taken care of us multiple times and every time she has been super informal on the process she does for my daughter explaining everything she needs to care for her hair. Lauren is very friendly, patient, has outstanding customer service and professionalism.
