I’m a 19 year old student with little to no manual experience. I finished the course in about a month the whole staff is great. They work with you if you work with them. I passed the manual test first try. Due to the instructors great guidance and on the job experience. If you need to get your CDL class A or B this is phenomenal place to go! No
5 Stars because it is great office staff and instructors. Any issues brought up they came to a resolution and worked to improve my experience. There are a lot of students that come through, and they may be over book classes, and that may be a corporate thing, so just give them a little nudge when you feel communication isn't there. Instructors are great! Kenny, Clarence, Josh, Rick, all care about your success. I can't recall his name, but even had an instructor show up on a Sunday since I had missed some drive time in the week. Summer and Candi are both great and taking this program in the right direction.
Hands down this place was amazing to me and my fellow students!! Very nice and polite from the first call to set up an appointment, to the test taking! Receptionist to the director just flawless! The great customer service from Summer to the support from all director Candi. Clarence was nice and always ready to answer a question. All the humor from all the drive trainers, Kenny, Frank, Riccardo, Ervin, made the process a lot easier and comfortable. All teachers are very knowledgeable and respectful too.
