my cat was throwing up and losing weight. i make just over minimum wage and used most of my money for this visit. he was able to get everything he needed done and some, and i was helped substantially in terms of money. the doctors and nurses here genuinely care about animals over money and it shows! they ensure you will get the care you need regardless of your means. i will be a returning customer for sure. thank you for all of the help today at Basils appointment.

My cat turns 8 today, and I’m so grateful she’s here to celebrate this milestone thanks to Dr. Smith and the team. A few years ago, she faced a serious health issue that many vets might not have attempted to treat, but Dr. Smith took it on with skill and compassion and kept me updated all the way. Because of his care, she not only survived but has thrived—and I get to enjoy every year with her. I’ll always be thankful for the dedication and expertise that gave my girl a second chance. I have not taken my pets anywhere else since.

My cat Gary had a lump on his neck that I was concerned about and my previous vet in SA was not good. But here, I had a terrific experience. The people that work here are gentle, kind, and considerate, especially if you're meeting them with that same energy. The process was smooth start to finish and they involved me in the explanation of possible symptoms and tests that they might incur, plus the bill was itemized and emailed to me! You can tell they are genuinely just trying to work with their clients and are by no means trying to pull a fast one. I am greatly appreciative of their honesty, dedication, and hard work. THANK YOU!
