We went to the Huebner road location and Dean was absolutely fabulous. My father had really long hair and a beard and Dean did the most professional cut. He listens to the customers and does great haircuts. Dean’s customer service skills and hair cutting skills are beyond excellent. Will go back again just so we can request Dean.

I have been going there for years and the lady that did my hair passed away and I changed to a new person who was very nice and I would probably continue still going there again and you've also remodeled it to make it look a lot nicer than it was three or four years ago

I found this place out of desperation. I was so tired of paying 40 bucks and people screwing up my haircut or people only cutting hair by appointments. As a licensed plumber, my schedule is all over the place and appointments aren't practical. Anyhow, I stopped at this Rios by chance (nervous as hell) but NANCY nailed my haircut to the tee! I was so impressed and I've been going back their for my past 5 haircuts and don't care to go anywhere else as long as NANCY it's working their. I haven't used anyone else their so I can speak on the rest of the staff But NANCY gets it right for me every single time. Thank you Nancy.
