I rarely leave negative reviews, but this one is well-earned. I paid a good amount for a cleaning service that didn’t even come close to meeting expectations. Ill give them one star for being able to send out someone same day. That’s the only, reason. Despite giving instructions ahead of time, they completely skipped cleaning the living room, didn’t dust, didn’t mop the entire downstairs, missed an entire bedroom.. you heard that right, didn’t. Even. Clean. The. Living. Room. ?

Trustworthy Cleaners do an excellent job. They are timely, professional, and have excellent attention to detail. I appreciate all of their efforts as my past cleaners have struggled in these areas. They are more expensive that other cleaners, but are worth the extra money!
