Purchased a vehicle 7/20/2026 no welcome call to get account set up to make my first payment 09/03/2026. Went to that building 410 in San Antonio, yeah not there don’t waste your time. I have called the 800 hundred 7xs emailed 2xs and not help no response ugh you want me money or not because I want my car
Bad customer service. If you make payments in advance to finish payments sooner, they will still make you pay their projected interest. Forcing you to pay interest you shouldn’t in order to release the title. They will tell you they do not do electronic titles. Customer will receive it in the mail. Then send you a letter that they sent an electronic copy to the state. Unethical business practices overall.
Most rude and disrespectful financing company I ever dealt with super high rates and they will make sure to get you a deal that only they are winning very disappointed in this company
