New customer. Ive never received any statements. I had to call to make my first payment.. Second payment I’m trying to pay online and it says my payment was rejected because they don’t accept visa . Mind you I’m using the same card I used for the first payment! I don’t understand
My credit has dropped 60 points due to telephone worker’s confident wrongdoing. She messed my payment so bad me and my wife can’t even figure out how or what she did. Had to file credit dispute. Already have bitten the bullet on a 30$ late fee in the past that wasn’t my fault. Now this. Right before I was about to refinance and get away from this horrid company.
Terrible, first wouldn't accept my payment, then said it was going to patch me through a representative but then hung up on me. Again couldn't talk to anyone for days until my payment was past do and got $40+ late fee tacked on. Horrible business
