Bad customer service. If you make payments in advance to finish payments sooner, they will still make you pay their projected interest. Forcing you to pay interest you shouldn’t in order to release the title. They will tell you they do not do electronic titles. Customer will receive it in the mail. Then send you a letter that they sent an electronic copy to the state. Unethical business practices overall.

Rude and Racist they ask for my citizenship ,proof of my housing!just because my name provide everything they ask they look for the smallest thing possible to said to my loan I have the credit and income don’t use this guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
