Regal Nails, Salon & Spa is a favorite nail shop for many. It is noted as being affordable and not as upscale as some area shops. The staff are described as friendly people who will take care of you if you talk to them. Customers praise the long-lasting pedicures and the excellent massage for feet and legs, calling it the best in years. The services, including pedicures and eyebrow waxing, receive high recommendation. Overall, it is a place where clients feel well taken care of by the skilled and attentive ladies.
Although I read the other reviews prior to coming here, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. No ones perfect and if one does not communicate their displeasure regarding the service they received to the shop owner or employee at the time or finalization of service, so that it can be amended, it makes no sense to write negative reviews unless it was regarding communication. It may not be as upscale as some of the other shops in the area but it’s affordable and if you just talk to them like “people” they will take care of you. It’s so simple.

I have not been there in quite sometime. But my nail tech is Tan. I plan on coming Thursday, throughout San Antonio she is my favorite. I get my pedicure and eyebrows waxed. I can't say enough how greatful I am for Tan she is the best! 😊
