MItch came out to my house when we couldn't figure out where water was coming from. Turned out to be garden hose was left on. He was so nice and didn't charge us for coming out. I swore then, I would call on him again if I ever needed a plumber.

Mitch by far was one of the greatest service repairmen to come to my home & help me with a few minor issues i was having, and even fixed something for me without hesitation. His passion, drive and overall just kindness and goodness as a person. He advised me of what i can do since my home is older, which i appreciated so much more than a big box retailer repairman coming and tearing apart my pipes with no knowledge of my home.I can’t recommend him enough. Mitch with Red Brass Plumbing was honest, fast and did quality work. He explained what our options were and the costs of replacing our water heater. I went with him because of the great reviews on Google; and, I felt good about the fact he was a professional (licenced) plumber.I've used the larger companies and they were constantly trying to upsell me.Mitch and his wife Amy, kept on top of his appointments and I received auto updates when Mitch would arrive via text (very nice feature).
